Sponsorship Information:

All Race Sponsors will be featured on the clubs seasonal t-shirts, race schedules, website and promotional literature that we hand out. All races have multiple sponsors to help keep the cost of sponsorship low and to help bring more local businesses in focus with our spectators and race families.  Race sponsors from the previous year races have first choice of race dates.  New sponsors may request race dates. If a specific race date is not requested, remaining racing dates will be filled as needed.  All sponsors will be notified of their race date. If present for your race, you and your business will be introduced at the race pit meeting.  A viewing deck over our concession stand will be available for you and your family on your race date.  Additional sponsorship material such as flyers, coupons, hats or bumper stickers that you would like handed out at the races, during the 50/50 drawing or at our banquet, will be accommodated.

Billboards are also available for sponsorship, to really get your business noticed. Billboards are seen by everyone visiting the track. Costs are listed below.  All billboards are made with quality materials with vinyl lettering. If your billboard requires special graphics, at a higher cost,  you will be contacted prior to production. All billboard sponsors will receive the same recognition as our race sponsors. As always, additional promotional materials are always welcome.
